This offer, considered friendly by both parties, values Netex at over 65 million euros and sets a price of 4.75 euros per share. This represents a significant increase of 25% compared to last Friday's closing share price and 28% above the weighted average value over the last six months.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the share acquisition, BD Capital is committed to inject EUR 7.5 million into Netex to drive its expansion and growth. This proposal has been approved by the company's major shareholders.
