Martínez Echevarría has advised Diaphanum Real Estate and Iquo on the legal and tax structuring of the investment vehicle established by Diaphanum Real Estate, aimed at the development of a real estate project consisting of seven luxury villas located in the Hacienda Las Chapas residential area in Marbella.
The advisory services were provided by Alfonso Fernández de Peñaranda, from the tax department, and Iván Picó, from the real estate department, who jointly participated in the structuring of the transaction.
