Aid to underprivileged groups around us and in the third world
On the 11th of March, the Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, stated that "the WHO has been assessing this outbreak around the clock and we are deeply concerned… We have therefore made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic.” In addition to the undeniable health impact, this pandemic also has serious consequences that affect society as a whole in the relations between people and businesses that are regulated by law.
