OUR PATRON SAINT

Saint Ignacio de Loyola

The patron saint of the firm is Saint Ignatius of Loyola, who we celebrate on the 31st of July each year, and under whose protection we aspire to be throughout the year.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Aid to underprivileged groups around us and in the third world

On the 11th of March, the Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, stated that “the WHO has been assessing this outbreak around the clock and we are deeply concerned… We have therefore made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic.” In addition to the undeniable health impact, this pandemic also has serious consequences that affect society as a whole in the relations between people and businesses that are regulated by law.

Among the different projects with which we collaborate, it is worth mentioning the NGO Amsudan.

Martínez-Echevarría has prepared an array of Covid legal products that offer a complete legal response to the consequences of the pandemic, with a multidisciplinary team of lawyers who are experts in all the legal areas that are at the centre of this new and extraordinary circumstance which affects a wide range of business sectors.

Thanks to the specialisation of the legal team, we are able to identify and reduce the legal risks that affect legal and economic transactions, in order to offer an ordered guide of solutions, specified in a selection of products.
