The Firm approved as Legal Trusted Partners in the new Spanish multilateral trading system, Portfolio Stock Exchange

Iván Picó and Ramón Ruiz de la Torre have managed the authorization of the Firm as Legal Trusted Partners in the new Spanish multilateral trading system, Portfolio Stock Exchange. With this recognition we will be able to advise potential companies that intend to issue and list financial instruments in this new market.
Portfolio Stock Exchange is born in Spain to compete with BME Growth and Euronext. Its owner is European Digital Securities Exchange, S.V., S.A., a Spanish investment firm (sociedad de valores) that was authorized by the CNMV to operate a multilateral trading system on 6 June 2022. Several REITs (Socimis) are currently listed and others have already begun the process of migrating from BME Growth to Portfolio. This market may be particularly interesting for investment fund vehicles and family offices, due to its lower costs and the lack of minimum free flow requirements.
