Another successful transaction for Martínez-Echevarría’s Corporate and M&A practice, which has advised Gardner Denver Ibérica, a company belonging to the international Ingersoll Rand Group, on the acquisition of Blowair, S.L., a Spanish company specialising in vacuum and industrial pressure technology, with a strong track record in the market since 1996.
The transaction was led by Óscar Murillo Sanz, heading a multidisciplinary team from the firm involving professionals from various legal practice areas: Lucas Blanque, Pedro Gómez, José Manuel Rodríguez, Alfonso Ois, Carlos Herrera, Miguel Muñoz, Arturo García, María José de Gorostiza and Alejandro Pérez.
