Advice on the IPO of the new Alquiler Seguro Socimi

Alquiler Seguro has launched a new socimi called Alquiler Seguro Asset Management (ASAM) after the sale of the previous vehicle with these characteristics. The new SOCIMI, which begins its journey with a portfolio of 16 properties, will also have Alquiler Seguro as property manager and aims to reach 180 assets in the next three years. After a pitch process for advisors for the IPO among the main firms that carry out this type of operations, Alquiler Seguro has designated the Martínez-Echevarría Abogados as its Legal Trusted Advisor of Portfolio Stock Exchange. To perform this role we had to obtain the appropriate accreditation in July from the executive committe of Portfolio Stock Exchange. The work will be carried out from the Madrid headquarters with a multidisciplinary team from the Capital Markets, Tax and Corporate teams in what will be one of the first IPO transactions in Portfolio Stock Exchange, a new market with barely a year of existence.
