In close collaboration with the Mergers and Acquisitions team, we are involved in all types of acquisition processes, divestitures, build-up and spin-off processes, as well as investment and divestment agreements in energy sector businesses and companies, at all stages:
- Drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, and memoranda of understanding as preparatory steps for an acquisition or divestiture.
- Participation in the preparation and negotiation of offer letters, both binding and non-binding.
- Legal review of businesses and companies (Legal Due Diligence).
