We also provide support to clients in those regulatory aspects that may be necessary (incorporation of companies or brokerages, insurance distribution, compliance with FOS conditions, etc).
Advice and due diligence on coverage and legal assistance. Even if there is no dispute about the scope of coverage, it is advisable to determine that the contracted insurance or supplier policies are adequate. We also advise our clients in the event of claims on the preservation of evidence, adaptation of expert reports to possible claims, assistance in criminal or administrative proceedings (labour inspection, etc.). We also assist insurers and reinsurers in monitoring, controlling and tracking their claims in Spain.
